Water Pollution Control

The project operates under NDEP Water Pollution Control Permit NEV2011104. The most recent NDEP-BMRR compliance inspection (August 6, 2025) closed with no items of concern.

Hazard Communication

A written HazCom Program (30 CFR Part 47) is maintained. Chemical inventory is limited to diesel, gasoline, hydraulic fluid, engine oil, grease, parts cleaners, and propane. GHS-compliant labels, an accessible SDS binder, annual program review, and on-change updates are in place.

Contractor Safety

HMC and on-site contractors exchange SDSs, hazard information, and PPE requirements per Section 47.41. Each party maintains its own HazCom program for its employees; coordination is through the on-site supervisor.

Reclamation

Surface disturbance is managed under the applicable plan of operations. Bonding and reclamation obligations are tracked and maintained current.
